Account Opening and Login
Trader JVA Download
GCI's trading software offers unmatched performance and reliability. The PC-based login will improve performance by 30% - 50% for the average dial-up connection and will eliminate browser-related technical problems:

Java 2 Runtime Environment is required to use this software. If you have not yet installed Java, you can download it for free from here. This download can take up to 20 minutes. Any clients who have done demo trading or live trading with GCI already have Java and can skip to step "2".

Click on the link below to begin downloading the GCI "Trader JVA" trading station:

Select "Run from this program from its current location" and click "OK". This download should take 30 seconds or less on most connections

You will see a prompt that asks "Do you want to install and run Trader_JVA.exe from www.gcitrading.com?". Click "Yes", then click "Next".

The Trading Station will now install. Click "Close" when it is finished.

The Trading Station can be launched by double clicking the "Trader JVA" icon on your desktop, or by selecting "Start", "Programs", "Trader JVA"

The "Entry" field determines whether you will be logging in to Live Trading or Demo Trading. Click on "Entries" and then "New".

Click "OK". You can now enter the Live Trading User Name and Password that has been e-mailed to you:

Make sure that you are connected to the internet. Click "OK" and you will begin login to the GCI Trading Station.
