How to Delete Your Trading Account
We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’ve decided to close your GCI trading account, the process is simple and transparent. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data protection policy.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your GCI account using your registered email address and password via the web platform or mobile app.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Once logged in, navigate to Settings → Account → Manage Account. Here, you can view and manage your account details, preferences, and privacy settings.
Step 3: Request Account Deletion
Select Delete My Account and follow the on-screen instructions. You may be asked to:
- Confirm your identity for security reasons.
- Settle any open trades or pending withdrawals before the request is processed.
After confirmation, your deletion request will be submitted to our compliance team.
Step 4: Confirmation of Deletion
Once your request is verified, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
After deletion:
- Your login credentials will no longer be active.
- All personal data will be securely removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or regulation.
Step 5: Contact Support (If Needed)
If you experience any issues or wish to delete your account manually, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] or via the in-app chat.

Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
- Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before deletion.
- Regulatory requirements may require GCI to retain certain transaction data for a specified period.
