Withdrawing Funds

After you complete the form, click Print-friendly for a printable version, sign it, and return it to GCI via email along with a copy of a valid identification.

Processing Order

How Funds Are Returned

For regulatory and security reasons, funds are returned to the originating account in the same sequence they were deposited. This ensures every transaction is fully traceable.

eCash & Digital Payments

Funds originally deposited via eCash, e-wallets, or card payments are returned to those same sources first, up to the total deposited amount.

SECOND

Wire Transfer

Any remaining balance — including trading profits or wire-deposited funds — is sent via wire transfer to your verified bank account.

eCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Wire transfers take 1–3 business days, though the exact timing depends on your receiving bank. Requests submitted after 5 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

GCI does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, intermediary banks may apply wire transfer fees outside of our control. eCash withdrawals to most providers are entirely free.

No. For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the originating account in the order funds were received. If your original method is no longer available, please contact our support team.
